Skyler Onderdonk wins BEA film festival Award of Excellence

Two teams of SUNY New Paltz students were recognized by the Broadcast Education Association (BEA), the premiere international academic media organization, for original documentary films.

Skyler Onderdonk of Woodstock, N.Y. was one of the students on the team of student filmmakers whose film, "Living in Recovery", will be recognized with an Award for Excellence at the BEA Festival of Media Arts in April 2017.

The BEA holds the Festival every spring to showcase and award student's work in broadcasting and digital media production.
