SUNY New Paltz School of Business student Zhenzhen Jia is a Volunteer Tax Income Assistant

Zhenzhen Jia of Jinan, Shan Dong, China is being recognized as a Volunteer Income Tax Assistant (VITA) in the SUNY New Paltz School of Business. VITA provides free tax help to individuals with a gross income below $54,000.

The VITA program connects community members with certified student volunteers who have received IRS training to provide basic tax return preparation assistance and free electronic filing (e-filing).
