Nadia Marie Wagnac inducted into the SUNY New Paltz chapter of Sigma Lambda Gamma

Nadia Marie Wagnac of Brooklyn, N.Y. is a member of the SUNY New Paltz chapter of Sigma Lambda Gamma.

Sigma Lambda Gamma was founded in 1990 at the University of Iowa. Today, Sigma Lambda Gamma is the largest historically Latina-based multicultural national sorority, and one of the fastest growing fraternal organizatins in chapters and alumnae associations throughout the United States. having expanded to more than 100 universities in less than 20 years.

As a member of Sigma Lambda Gamma, Nadia Marie gains leadership skills through chapter development, officer roles, governing opportunities and training programs. In addition, Sigma Lambda Gamma gives back to the local community through community service and philanthropic events every year.

The Fraternity and Sorority Community at the State University of New York at New Paltz is dedicated to the ideals of friendship, scholarship, leadership, and service to the campus and community.

Students may participate in the New Member Education Program of a fraternity or a sorority after successfully completing at least 12 credits at SUNY New Paltz, and having a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher.
