Marissa Wenzel awarded the Study Abroad in Spain with New Paltz Scholarship

Marissa Wenzel of Newburgh, N.Y. was awarded the Study Abroad in Spain with New Paltz Scholarship.

SUNY New Paltz offers scholarships for Study Abroad experiences through generous contributions. The Study Abroad in Spain with New Paltz Scholarship recipients recieve an award amount of $2,000 to continue their education whilst studying abroad in Spain.

SUNY New Paltz has among the highest figures in the entire SUNY system for students studying abroad. Nearly 25 percent of SUNY New Paltz undergraduate students experience study abroad during their time at the College.

Students interested in applying for international study for the upcoming summer intercession, and fall 2018 semester must do so by March 1st. Students interested in applying for the 2018-19 calender year must apply by April 1st.
