Katrina Scarimbolo will present Honors thesis

SUNY New Paltz Honors student and graduating senior Katrina Scarimbolo of Staten Island, N.Y. will present original research and/or creative work as part of the Honors Program thesis presentations taking place in April and May at the Honors Center.

Scarimbolo will give a presentation titled "Reactions to Behaviors: The Role of Education on People's Perceptions of Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors".

Seniors in the Honors Program are required to complete a senior thesis, which is to be presented towards the end of their graduating semester. The Honors Program strives to provide an enhanced intellectual experience in a climate conducive to interaction among highly motivated students and faculty.

The Honors Program presentations will begin on Monday, April 16, and run through the beginning of May. They will be held in the Honors Center and are open to the public.
