Kaina Rivera of Bronx, N.Y. served on the SUNY New Paltz Student Association Executive Board during the fall 2016 semester.

The Student Association (SA) is the primary representative and governing body of New Paltz students. SA manages all recognized student clubs and organizations on campus. It provides legal services, allocates money for students to attend conferences to further their education, and funds all extracurricular activities on campus and outside venues. The Student Association also advocates for and represents student concerns in order to serve the SUNY New Paltz community.
