Emily Cavanagh named SUNYAC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week

SUNY New Paltz student and athlete Emily Cavanagh of Warwick, N.Y. has been honored as the SUNYAC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week.

Cavanagh was the first to cross the finish line for the Hawks as the team placed fifth out of 40 teams at the UMASS Dartmouth Invitational. Cavanagh recorded a time of 18:57 on the 5-kilometer course.
