Dylan Balducci named to the 2015-16 NABC Honors Court

Dylan Balducci of Massapequa Park, NY was named to the 2015-16 NABC Honors Court.

In order for a student-athlete to be named to the Honors Court, he must meet the following academic criteria: he must academically be a junior or a senior, and he must be a varsity player; his cumulative grade-point average must be at 3.2 or higher following the conclusion of the 2015-16 academic year; he must have matriculated at least one year at his current institution and his institution must be a member of any of the NCAA or NAIA divisions with an NABC member coach.

The men's basketball team as a whole received a 2015-16 NABC Team Academic Excellence Award. In order for a team to earn an NABC Team Academic Excellence Award, it must earn a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher for the 2015-16 academic year, compete for an institution that is a member of any of the NCAA or NAIA divisions and count the grade-point averages of all men's basketball student-athletes who competed during the 2015-16 season.

The New Paltz men's basketball team posted a cumulative GPA of 3.10 in 2015-16.
