Cuiyu Kuang will present senior project at the Division of Engineering Senior Design EXPO, Dec. 8 at SUNY New Paltz

SUNY New Paltz engineering student Cuiyu Kuang of New York, N.Y. is a member of the team presenting a project titled "The Void: A Noise Cancellation Device," at the fall 2017 Division of Engineering Senior Design EXPO.

This event has become a tradition on the New Paltz campus, as a way to showcase the portfolio of students' Senior Design projects in Electrical, Computer and Mechanical Engineering.

Each semester, students and faculty collaborate on engineering projects in pursuit of an innovative design with real-world applications.

The EXPO will take place on Dec. 8 on the 2nd Floor Foyer in Wooster Hall at 3 p.m. It is open to the public and will be judged by a panel of engineering professionals and alumni. Sponsors include MPI-Sytems, NanoNoggin, JBT, Global Foundries and Central Hudson.
